I am fascinated by the question of how I can get the best out of myself and my counterparts with excitement, fascination, and joy!
My mission is to awaken and to use one’s own SUPERPOWERS, which slumber in each of us, for a powerful and successful cooperation.

Due to my proficiency in dealing with different cultures and in different language areas, I am an expert in project management in an international environment and in leading intercultural teams – both in a traditional and agile context.

I bring people from different mindsets and different linguistic and cultural backgrounds together to collaborate successfully. I enjoy working with teams and getting the best out of them – with sustainable results.

For my previous assignments I have slipped into different roles, depending on the specific requirements: project manager, coach & sparring partner of senior project managers and team leaders, agile coach for teams using agile working methods, trainer, mentor, as well as change facilitator of teams undergoing organizational change.

I am crisis proven! The circumstances in which I started with projects or in which I was entrusted with teams often had an enormously high demand. I was given projects of great complexity and high expectations of the results – many interest groups were involved, several teams or sub-projects, which worked at different locations, sometimes spread over different countries. These were mostly projects that were passed on like a „hot potato“.
