I will introduce you to the „golden rules“ of project and team leadership and let you benefit from my great wealth of experience.
Based on the stimuli I give you, we will experience these „golden rules“ together through reflection, group work, role-plays and open discussions.
Many feel that „change“, i.e. organizational change in companies, is no longer successful with conventional management methods and instruments. That the level of frustration, that the mood of leaders and employees remains somber, in the sense of „you have to go through it“ …
But this is not the igniting fire!
There is an idea in each of us that old, conventional instruments are no longer as effective as they used to be. One continues in the old style and it is more a grey haze over everyday life than a colorful world.
However, there is an increasingly clear sense that there is more to it than only that! A new mode, a new approach, where we get more color in our faces again and become more radiant.
And not only to hear about the fire, but also to feel the fire in us again!

I accompany you as your coach and sparring partner. We will go through your challenges together as a duo and thus stabilize your success!

We determine your needs together. We discuss your demand and you decide what is a pleasant level of support for you.
If desired and necessary, I will also be your permanent coach. You determine the phases and the intensity in which you want to be accompanied.
The rhythm, how often we see each other, is established and becomes clear in our first kick-off talks, in which we discuss what is needed and where you want to feel supported. My engagement is used in exactly the right dose as it is needed.
I also work with you together with your team, for example in the form of workshop facilitation and moderation.
To give teams new momentum, to awaken in teams the joy of life, the TEAM SPIRIT and the pleasure of working together, is my passion!

Interim Management
Do you wish for a more intensive cooperation for the mastery of your projects?
I am available as an interim manager for temporary organizations.
It often happens that there is a shortage of personnel in projects or that a gap in the personnel pool has arisen. Here I am happy to take over the leadership of a defined goal.
Sometimes both can be possible – a coaching for the project manager and an external project lead from me, if a higher degree of project responsibility is needed.
The appropriate dosage or support from me will be tailored to your needs.
I will bring your team into their full potential, hence into their TEAM EXCELLENCE, so that the team achieves profitable results again.
